A full hot lunch service is offered by Armand’s, an outside caterer, who brings prepared lunches to the school. All school meals for Nursery to Year 13 students should be ordered on-line. Please read the Food Service Policies carefully and follow the Registration process for ordering below. The company "Hot Lunch On-Line" can be contacted with any problems with the online system, including ordering problems and payment/PayPal problems or questions. They can be reached by email msudak@hotlunchonline.com or by calling 1-866-529-2064 toll free. Armand's Catering can also be contacted by email with any specific concerns at armandsoffice@aol.com.

Parents
Parent Involvement at BSW
BSW and its Parents’ Association offer a wide variety of opportunities for parental involvement. All parents are regularly invited to attend class assemblies, coffee mornings, Head of School updates, Primary open houses, as well as information sessions on the academic programs.
Throughout the year there are sporting events, concerts, plays, and art evenings to attend – all which help to foster the close BSW parent community. Parents may additionally support their children and BSW by volunteering both in and outside the classroom (reading, class parties, field trips etc.), or through events sponsored by the BSW Parents’ Association.
